Certified tests carried out by the internationally accredited Instituto Giordano, at over double the applied explosives value rated to effectively exceed internationally specified protection standards, were conclusive and superior to all criteria in every way. Our system design fits all makes and models of ATMs and its construction is flexible enough to withstand massive explosions without allowing access to the safe’s contents.

Our protective ATM cage is certified by an internationally recognised test centre where tests were successfully completed using more than double the quantity of penthrite explosive required to achieve the International standard specified to protect ATM safes. Secondly, it is also rated for anchorage and traction. A crane tow truck is unable to dislodge and separate the exoskeleton cage from the ATM, its safe and contents aptly illustrated in the short test process video (see youtube link below)

ARMOURED INNOVATION^TM – PROPRIETARY WARNING LABEL:

The protective ATM cage restraint is a patented structure, manufactured in steel and composite materials to protect ATM safes from an explosion. Typically, explosives employed to attack ATMs forcefully expell and disperse components with massive force, largely destroying their contents (cash) whilst usually causing extensive damage to adjoining environs.

Subsequent to an explosion, our patented mechanical restraint protection prevents forced removal of ATMs. ATM safes remain protected from mechanical violation, angle grinder or oxyacetylene torches, effectively preventing thieves from reaching the money locked inside.

Furthermore, any attempts to dislodge the ATM and safe from its mounting using pneumatic, mechanical or other means is also in for a rude shock. The structural design and assembly achieves a high resistance to every attempt to breach the safe, thanks to its elasticity, while maintaining a reduced weight of 110 kg. Our ATM protection is designed to adapt to all ATM dimensions’ height, width and depth.

Moreover, since its structure is essentially modular, any device protrusions on ATM surfaces, such as alarm boxes, are sited in ‘free areas’ or gaps, minimising the need to move that equipment.

Our exclusive composites system deflects explosive energy away from ATMs and their safe doors, leaving contents intact, which operationally surpasses UNI EN 1143-1 regulations for:

“Means of custody – Requirements, classification and methods of trial for resistance to forced entry – Part 1: Safes, ATM Safes, armoured chamber doors and armoured chambers”.

Since 2015, our team worked hard through extensive design alternatives and researched multiple concepts over several years to develop bomb proof exoskeleton cages that thwart ATM bombing.

As with any new designs and developments where technologies are combined, various design failures taught us lessons that served us well. Literally a ‘trial by fire’ commenced which resulted in numerous patents for substantially new materials and methodologies as a pathway to growth and continuing success. Anti-theft Access Tools

We offer a range of solutions designed to complete access control. Included in this series are fitting fixtures for ATM protection systems, self-managed drawer with biometric detection sensors (facial and fingerprint). Although produced together with more complex anti-theft solutions, these tools also have very high technological performance security standards. These tools are specifically designed to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of secured safe access.

ATM Protection Set-Up

• Bent carbon steel sheets are reinforced with welded join plates and painted in various RAL (QA) colours;
• Base plates are fixed to floors with threaded pins, anchored by powerful chemical resins;
• EN 1300 certified locks in class B closed bars protect safe doors;
• Composite steel cables connect the side modules;
• Elastic adhesive, with two-component epoxy adhesion agents, fix modules to safe walls.

Optional ATM protection

• Anti-tear plate: Steel plate bolted to the floor with chemical resins and anchored with articulated links, made with steel rod, added to the noCash 350-409.
• Cover bag: This cover is an accessory to noCash 350-409 protection, produced with a particular anti-tear and fire-resistant aramid fabric, is specially designed to contain the effects of an explosion.
